Frequently asked questions.

Find out more about WHS™ Handicaps.

WHS™ Handicaps are included in your Loyaltee™ 1 Month or 12 Month plan, so there is nothing more to pay while your plan is active.

To get your first WHS™ Handicap you’ll need to submit scores for 54 holes. This can be any combination of 9 or 18 hole rounds at any time to suit you.

Use the MyEG app to pre-register each round and submit your score. Your scores must be attested by another registered MyEG player.

Don’t worry if you don’t know any registered MyEG players – we hold regular competitions and ‘roll-up’ events where new members can play with existing members, who will be able to attest your scores.

Every player with a WHS™ Handicap index has a recognised ‘home’ club, which is the club they play most of their qualifying rounds & competitions. You will have the option to keep or transfer your ‘home’ club status when registering with us.

Your WHS™ Handicap index will go up or down when you submit further scores using the MyEG app. These can be competition rounds, or general play. We encourage you to submit general play scores as soon as your WHS™ Handicap has been alloted.

You can use your MyEG app to enter scores every time you play a round of golf, which will keep your WHS™ Handicap accurate. Remember that all scores entered using MyEG will be need attested by a playing partner with a WHS™ Handicap and access to the MyEG app.
