Tee booking request form.

All tee bookings must be made a minimum of three working days in advance.
Your annual membership of Corporate Golf Clubs entitles you to a maximum of 24 fourball tee times.
Tee times may be booked anytime Mon-Fri and after midday on weekends & bank holidays.
All tee times are subject to availability and can booked a maximum of fourteen days in advance.
All tee reservations must be made using this form – we do not accept telephone, email or walk-in bookings.
