How does Loyaltee™ Flexi work?
Your Loyaltee™ Flexi membership comes with 60 credits, which are preloaded onto your online account. Each credit is worth £4.42 and can be redeemed for rounds of golf at a time to suit you.
Each round of golf is worth between 3 and 7 credits. You’ll use more credits during peak times than quieter, off peak times. Use the credit matrix to see how many credits are used at the times you’re most likely to play.
How long do credits last?
Credits must be redeemed within 12 months of purchase.
Does it work out less than paying a green fee?
Yes, this is main reason why golfers like you are buying Loyaltee™ Flexi, as it works out better value for money compared to paying a one-off green fee. The discount varies depending on day & time, but averages between 10-15% saving.
How do I pay for my membership plan?
All Loyaltee™ membership plans are paid for online. Shortly after signing up you’ll receive a welcome email with login instructions for your online account.
Can I get a WHS handicap and play in competitions?
Loyaltee™ Flexi plans do not include handicap and entry into competitions as standard, however you can opt to pay an additional £100 per annum for this feature (available separately from our partner golf club).
Can I play other Glendale Golf courses?
Loyaltee™ annual contracts include one complimentary ‘away’ round per calendar month at any of our eight Glendale Golf courses. This feature is not included in Loyaltee™ Flexi.

How do I cancel my membership plan?
Loyaltee™ Flexi cannot be cancelled once purchased, so please make sure you’re able to redeem your credits within 12 months.
